If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase through our website or app you can request a refund maximum after the first class or first session with the therapist. A refund can be made within 7 days after the purchase or 1 day after the completion of the session or a class.

The refund can be made by sending an email to 'Info@theconfessionboxx.com' with order no. and the reason for refund abiding above rules.

We will take 5 to 7 business days to process your refund and the amount should reflect in your bank account t within 5-7 working days.

In case of a refund for any physical product bought through our website, should directly be contacted to the vendor/supplier of that product. Brand details and website are mentioned under the product section.

For cancelation, customers can request for cancelation anytime before taking any services through us. For physical products if order is placed once, cannot be canceled now it can only be refunded after entire process.
